The Sleep Mastery Program is about giving you the highest chance of having between 7 and 9 hours of high quality sleep as many of the nights of your life as possible. This is a relatively simple ordear when you understand the science behind sleep, but that does not make it easy. We all need help and guidance to get high quality sleep whilst performing our best during our waking hours.

SLEEP MASTERY JOURNAL -

The Journal has been designed as a tool to use alongside education and deliberately implementing improvements to your sleep routine. It can be a great addition to tracking your sleep with a wearable, and gives you more focus on improving your total sleep time, and subjective sleep quality. We utilised the most current evidence available as to the structure of the journal and what would be most effective to measure for Sleep Improvement. The Journal is structured as follows:

  • 16 page overview of all the major components of an effective sleep routine, including information on the QQRT framework and supplement guidance
  • 12x Undated Sleep Self-Assessment and Monthly Overview with 2x Habit Trackers
  • 12x Undated 5 pages of Weekly Overviews with Sleep Habit checklist and day-by-day Sleep Score Trackers for measuring improvement or areas of weakness

SLEEP MASTERY PROGRAM -

The Sleep Mastery Program has been designed with the idea of maximising follow-through with the Sleep Journal, helping to ensure you use it to improve your sleep as effectively as possible. This program comes complementary with the Journal, and will be sent out in pieces on a set timeline starting from when the Journal is delivered to you. You will also have a link sent to you on this first day if you want to skip the timeline and access the whole program at once - although we recommend taking it piece by piece. This gives the most opportunity to take in the information and adjust your routine based on it. The program is structured as follows:

  • On receiving Journal: Welcome and where to start
  • One day after: Sleep Regularity Deep Dive & Day 1 Reminder
  • Three days after: Sleep Quality Deep Dive & Day 3 Check-In
  • Five days after: Sleep Quantity Deep Dive & First Weekly Review
  • Every two days thereafter (in no particular order): Deep Dives on Timing, Morning Sunlight, Evening Light, Hunger Hormones, Supplements, Temperature, Sleep Stages, Exercise, Cold Exposure, Heat Exposure, Caffeine, Alcohol, Naps, Breathing Practices, Measurements of Sleep, Snoring, Sound, Unfamiliar Environments, Dreams, Mattresses, Sleep Positions, and more.
